What is an active adults class?

Classes are low impact, social and friendly. Music is selected with volume, speed and style in mind to create an enjoyable experience. As we age our bodies changes, and so our exercise choices may need to change depending on health.  E.G. The impact of conditions such as arthritis can determine the types of exercise that are suitable. With this in mind, we have created a wide range of classes to suit everyone.

How do I choose the right program/class?

There is a range of classes suited for all levels of experience. Classes can be adapted or modified to suit your needs. Refer to our class descriptions or speak to one of our friendly staff.
