What is InBody Scan?

InBody Scan is a body composition analysers which gives you great insight into your overall body measurement and make up.

The InBody body composition analysers provide a detailed report outlining an individual’s measurements in such things as but not limited to:

  • Total skeletal muscle mass
  • Total body fat in kilograms
  • Total body fat percentage

How do I get an Inbody Scan done?

Members are eligible for FREE InBody Scan every 6 months. See a personal trainer in the gym today to arrange your next InBody Scan.

Members wishing to have an InBody Scan more frequently than every 6 months can do so at a cost of $25 per scan. 

Non-members may also have an InBody Scan done at a cost of $40 per scan.

About the InBody 570 Scanner:

The InBody 570 is a highly effective, efficient and precise device which tests and provides in-depth results in less than two minutes. The InBody 570 uses 15 impedance measurements by using 3 different frequencies to measure the 5 segments of the body to provide over 40 parameters relevant and specific to body composition. 

The InBody 570 allows you and/or your trainer to regularly monitor your level of body fat, lean muscle mass and muscular development so you can understand how your diet, lifestyle and training regime are influencing your overall body composition.
