I played a wide variety of sports growing up and loved being active! I have been training in gyms for the past 10 years. Over this time I have improved my overall body composition by increasing my muscle mass and reducing my body fat levels. I have improved my strength and endurance profoundly. I have trained for and successfully completed a triathlon as part of the Gatorade Triathlon Series in 2012. I have completed various running events in Melbourne including; The Mothers Day Classic and Sunset Series fun runs. I also completed my first half marathon in 2015!

My job makes me smile every day! I love that I am in a position to empower others to achieve goals they never even dreamed were possible. I am motivated by the buzz in which living a healthy and active lifestyle provides me. I enjoy bike riding, high-intensity weight training sessions, long walks with my partner and cooking fantastic food!
