My Experience:

I am a 5-time major winner and 4 times Australian representative in Javelin. I have been a personal trainer for 8 years now. I am the co-founder of a fitness based travel company, where we travel to various international destinations and conduct fitness based holidays for groups and individuals.

People should train with me because I have a proven track history with obtaining great results from my clients whether it be getting into great shape or improving their mental health through exercise.

Each client has a calculated rate of progression and individually tailored training rather than just giving them generic programs and workouts and hoping for the best.

More about me:

I became a personal trainer because I have always been interested and apart of sport at various levels, and it was a natural progression with being a professional athlete. What inspires me is seeing changes within people whether it be physical, mental or emotional. Any progression is god progression. I personally train more with heavy weights, but soon I will start to incorporate functional fitness as I possibly prepare for an javelin comeback.
