I have been a member at ORC for the last 24 years and have been working as a personal trainer for the last 6 years. My skills include weight loss training, strength and conditioning, and working with older adults.

More about me:
I love working out and keeping fit as I have been doing it for 30 years. I enjoy doing all kinds of workouts, circuit, strength training, HIT, Cycle and boot camp classes. I train at least 4 times a week as it is part of who I am and part of my life.
