3 FREE SESSIONS TO GET A TASTE OF FUNCTIONAL GROUP TRAINING

Have you wanted to take your training to the next level? Need that push that you just aren’t getting yourself in the gym? Want to ensure you are getting correct technique while pushing yourself to get results faster? Then functional group training is for you.

These free sessions are designed as an introductory class for those interested in trying the range of classes available with a Functional Group Training Membership. All three sessions will be held at Monash Aquatic & Recreation Centre

BATTLE ROPES:

TUESDAY 12 September - 7:00pm-7:45pm
High-intensity full body power workout, in a low impact environment. Ideal for increasing strength and power in your upper body 

SPRINT:

WEDNESDAY 13 September - 7:00pm-7:30pm
Smash your fitness goals fast with this HIIT workout, using an indoor bike. Work as hard as possible during the bursts of intensity followed by periods of rest that prepare you for the next effort.    

SUSPENSION:

SUNDAY 17 September - 10:30am-11:15am
Freestyle twist to old body weight exercises. Improve your balance, muscular control & strengthen your core, through the use of suspension straps.
