During September and October we're putting on a number of trial classes for 6 weeks. If these classes are successful, you can look forward to seeing them on the next timetable. The trial classes listed below will be running between September 18 - October 29, 2017. Make sure you attend these classes to get them on the new timetable launching in November.
Monash Aquatic & Recreation Centre:
Pilates - Thurday 8.15am (Pete) strengthen the muscles that align your body to improve posture and core stability.
Oakleigh Recreation Centre:
Activelink - Wednesday 11.30am (Janina) Chairs are used in this class that focuses on easy to follow gentle strength and balance exercises. People with chronic conditions will benefit from this class.
Clayton Aquatics & Health Club:
Activelink - Tuesday 10.30am (Yaleika) Chairs are used in this class that focuses on easy to follow gentle strength and balance exercises. People with chronic conditions will benefit from this class.
STRONG by ZUMBA - Friday 7.00pm (Luda) Combines high-intensity interval training with the science of Synced Music Motivation.
BodyStep (45min)- Thursday 8.30am (Lucy) An athletic, fun, and simple workout utilising an adjustable step platform to great music.
