It helps stimulate weak and tired muscles and assists in muscle recovery whilst eliminating toxins from the body and reduces stress, enabling you to think clearer and move better.
  • Dry Needling: Alleviates tight bands or trigger points within the muscles. Muscle relief involves using a sterile thin needle into the irritable muscle, releasing off the muscle and helps promote blood flow to the area to enhancing the healing process. This is performed by our qualified Osteopaths.
  • Naturopath:Naturopathic treatments are to facilitate your body’s own healing process through the use of natural yet effective therapies, and to use preventative medicine by teaching the principles of good health.
