We have a range of active adults group classes designed for everyone from the total beginner to the very fit.

next to a class name.

We recommend individuals seek medical advice prior to participating in any physical activity. Individuals participate in Group Fitness classes at their own risk.
Aqua Classes:
Aqua classes are a great opportunity to get a fun and social work out in a low-impact environment.

Strength Classes:
Strength classes help with bone density, muscle strength, balance and mobility and are a great way to maintain and improve independence and participation in everyday activities

Cardio Classes:
Cardio classes help improve balance, agility, mobility, coordination and cardiovascular fitness.
Classes include:

- X-Training
- Zumba Gold

Wellness Classes:
Wellness classes help with mobility and flexibility as well as mind/body balance.
Classes include:
- Stretch4Life
- Pilates Gold
- Tai Chi
- Qi Gong.
Please note that some classes (Stretch4Life and Pilates Gold) require the ability to move on and off the floor.
Other Classes:
Many of our other classes are popular with older adults, such as Yoga, BodyPump, Cycle and Pilates.
