What do I need to bring to the gym when working out?
Water bottle and towel

What do I wear to the gym?
Runners, comfortable free-moving clothing such as shorts/tracksuit pants/leggings, singlet/t-shirt

How do I get a new gym program?
Book a reassessment at any time at reception or with a personal trainer in the gym

Do I need to be fit to do personal training?
No personal trainers are help you improve your fitness levels and encourage your exercise routine.

How often should I come to the gym and for how long?
We recommend you exercise 3-4 times a week for at least 30 min. Keep in mind that any exercise is better than none.

How do I book for a class?
You need to go to the kiosk and scan your band or see reception.

Is there a staff member on the gym floor at all times to ask questions if I need? 
Staff are always present in the gym during opening times to ensure the safety of all members and guests. When they are not in appointments they will be able to assist with any questions you may have.

How do I book into see a trainer?
You can make a booking either through reception or the gym staff
Do you offer re-assessment in the gym?
Yes, as part of our service to our members, members can book in to see our qualified trainers as regularly as they wish. We recommended every 6-8 weeks.

What are your opening hours?
MARC: 6am-9pm Monday to Friday. 8am-7pm Weekends CAHC and ORC= 6am-9pm Monday to Friday. 8am-6pm Weekends.
