The chance to build healthy habits that will set you up for life!
This year our intention is to focus on helping you develop and instil new habits that will ensure you not only reach your goals within the challenge but sustain them after the program is over.
By factoring in elements of nutrition, recovery, and sleep, and including a method of tracking these habits, you will learn to create routines that will help you to achieve optimal well-being, which is about so much more than what we can see in the mirror, or in a body scan.
Over 8 weeks you will compete in teams across weekly training sessions, with the added bonus of 3 Saturday activities throughout the challenge, that give you the chance to connect with people on other teams.
You will receive weekly emails containing a series of blogs on habit building, and have the additional support of our online community. You can’t afford NOT to be involved!
Please select your team at the centre you wish to train at when you sign up, based on your training availability.
This year our prizes were selected with the mind to mirror our intentions behind the program, and feature elements of nutrition, mobility, and training. This year we have prizes for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place, as well as team prizes.
