▼ Important Health Club Information:

We have implemented the following preventative measures to help keep our members and community safe: 

  • Cleaning: Our gyms will be thoroughly cleaned between each gym session. A deep clean of the gyms will occur once a day. We will ensure cleaning stations around the gym are fully stocked at all times with disinfectant and paper towel for patrons to wipe down equipment after use.
  • Masks: As of Friday 19 November Masks are no longer mandatory.  We do however recommend that masks are carried by all members and guests and worn when unable to physically distance.
  • Floor-based Exercises/Stretching: We have removed porous items off the gym floor, which includes exercise mats. Floor-based exercises and stretching is permitted in the gym on your own mat. Our staff can provide a floor-based exercise and/or stretching program upon request for patrons to take home if you prefer.
  • Towels: Each patron must bring a towel to each gym session. Staff can refuse entry if a patron does not have a towel. Gym towels can be purchased at reception for a small fee.
    • What to use - A hand towel or towel similar to the below images.

Natural light filters into our expansive open plan gym through floor-to-ceiling windows. Enter through the doors and you are greeted with the cardio classics – treadmills, rowers, bikes and cross trainers as well as a few specialty pieces. Further along are our accessible pin loaded weight machines and a variety of free weights for your workout.

We have a variety of plate loaded machines and racks to help you improve your upper and lower strength. 

We have designated Gym Instructors in the gym at all times to assist with using the equipment and to provide advice to help you achieve your health and wellness goals.

Equipment:

  • Cardio machines: 31 pieces of cardio equipment including; treadmills, bikes, cross-trainers, steppers, ergo’s, rowers and more. 
  • Weight machines  13 + pieces of strength equipment, with a range of pin and plate loaded machines
  • Free Weights Area: Fully equipped Strength training area including premium quality Nautilus Weights machines and Cables. A power rack and squat rack for those wanting to develop full body strength. Ample floor space including 6 free weight benches with dumbbells ranging from 1kg to 50 kg. Barbells and weight plates in a range of different weights caters for beginners up to advanced.
  • Stretching area: includes a number of stretching mats, Swiss balls, foam rollers and bands to ensure you have everything you need to keep yourself mobile and feeling great.
