I’ll adapt your workouts to develop all 6 areas of physical function: including your muscle strength and cardio fitness, your balance, mobility, coordination, cognitive and emotional responses.

Health & Fitness has been a lifetime passion for me, so much so that I founded South Australia’s first Health Resort.  After more than 30 years in a successful leadership career, I am now involved in my true passion of helping others achieve their health and wellness goals. I am an experienced Personal Trainer, Group Exercise Instructor, Aqua Exercise Instructor and Functional Ageing Specialist. My specific interest is supporting and mentoring people who might think that it’s too difficult or confronting going to a gym but need intensive support to get a quality of life that many of us take for granted.
