Training Principles For Women (and how to avoid injury) with Michelle Wright

The training principles for everything from sport to yoga, to muscle conditioning has been based on research. The problem is that the research that has shaped our training principles has been completely carried out on men.

This session will give women the knowledge to carry with them for every exercise option on how to modify exercise specifically to their bodies, and their needs.
