UPCOMING MAINTENANCE

50m Pool Routine Maintenance

Routine Maintenance will be commencing on 23 September 2019 and is expected to be completed 3 November 2019 for the 50m outdoor pool.  A number of the works are part of routine maintenance schedule and we have used the opportunity to complete other required works at the same time.

The pool will undergo the following:

  • Draining the pool
  • Removal of old filter sand
  • Replacement of filter sand
  • Pool shell surface painting
  • Broken tiles replacement and repairs
  • Concourse repairs
  • Shade Sail repairs / replacement   
  • Refill pool water
  • Treat pool water
  • Heat pool water

We are mindful of the impact to our members and multi-visit pass holders and are in conversation with nearby facilities.  We will advise of any arrangements prior to the commencement of the works or be happy to advise of suitable alternative facilities.  We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

Group Fitness Studio 2 (Cycle/Functional Group Training) 

Works will commence on Monday 12 August 2019 to upgrade the Group Fitness Studio 2. The works are expected to continue until Saturday 24 August 2019. The works will involve installation of a dividing wall to create a dedicated cycle studio and multipurpose room with separate entrance points. 

These works will impact the current group fitness timetable. We will provide further information on any timetable changes prior. Where possible we will be relocating classes to other rooms to minimise impact. 

We appreciate your understanding throughout these works and will continue to provide updates along the way! 

 


 

Lift Unavailable Thursday 3 October 

The lift will be unavailable due to new bikes arriving in the Group Fitness Studio. The installation is expected to continue until late afternoon.
