Every Sunday morning this March we’re offering free exercise and wellbeing activities that are accessible to everyone. Want to push back on boozy weekends? Join our #SundaySessions at Monash Aquatic & Recreation Centre and start your week right!

Check out our full list of activities that will be on offer for #SundaySessions. Once you’ve picked a class, it’s as easy as showing up. Make sure you arrive 15 before the start of class and mention the #SundaySessions program and the class you’d like to join to our reception team.

It’s as simple as that, no pre-registration necessary!
